We have the vision to improve the living standards of all our clients beyond their expectations. We have established our facility as a platform through which our clients can access professional support and care to live happily.

MISSION

Our mission is to establish a brand that thrives on integrity, reliability, and trust. We seek to offer our clients safe and professional guidance to help them attain a level of independence and live a better life. We have developed a transparent system supported by competent and trained staff who share our vision to become the best in the industry.

We Strive To Offer Our Clients The Following Benefits:

  • A sense of fulfilment and motivation to achieve goals

  • Awareness and information to make better choices and decision

  • Providing support and guidance to help vulnerable adults gain confidence and maintain dignity

  • Friendship and support from family members and the community

  • Skill development opportunities

OUR VALUES

  • We have identified a set of values to guide our staff and administrators on how best to practice professional conduct and structure our services to meet the individual needs of our clients.

RESPECT

  • Our approach to providing support and assistance to all clients is based on showing genuine respect for the clients and their wishes. We honour and celebrate every client regardless of physical, emotional or mental disabilities.

EMPATHY

  • We hold the opinion that without empathy it will be almost impossible to connect with our clients. This is why our operational procedures have been developed with an intentional effort to employ staff who can show genuine compassion while helping vulnerable adults’ live better lives.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

  • Our goal is to provide quality care that assists each individual with their physical, emotional, and daily living needs. We aim to address the needs of each individual, and to encourage and support them in enjoying an independent lifestyle.

  • We are proud of our reputation for providing a caring and harmonious family environment. Our staff members have been with us for many years and are all dedicated to caring for our residents. Our owners and staff gladly go beyond their duties to ensure our residents are happy and well cared for, and that the atmosphere is always positive. All staff hold certificates for training appropriate to their position.

  • For someone living with a mental health condition, finding a residential home or housing with assistance for disabilities can be hard to come by. Finding stable, safe, and affordable housing can be a tremendous help on your journey to recovery. Residential housing prevents the burden of care from falling to loved ones and reduces hospitalisation, homelessness, and involvement in the criminal justice system. Having a safe, comfortable place to live can provide stability while allowing residents to achieve their goals.

  • Living on a Disability Support Pension (DSP) can make finding affordable disability housing with the support you need nearly impossible. We are a fully-accredited Level 3 Residential Service offering accommodation to people who require an assisted living setting. Our homes are created for independent living. We offer low care accommodation to residents with mental illness, alcohol-related dementia, acquired brain injury, intellectual impairment and the homeless. Situated in Ipswich, Queensland, we provide community housing, the rate for which is based as a percentage of the full Disability Support and Age Pensions, including allowances.

  • Types of accommodation include shared rooms, single rooms with shared amenities toilet and bathroom, and shared ensuite rooms. All rooms include beds, a side table, window coverings, a fan, and linens. Board & lodging includes the provision of food, washing machines, laundry powders, and power. A phone is located in the main dining room of each house for residents to call family and friends. Residents can also access incoming phone calls from this phone. Please ask at the office for a house’s phone number.

  • It is our aim for residents to remain independent, and we encourage all residents to take care of themselves as much as possible. However, extra services can be arranged where help is needed. These services include laundry, changing sheets, providing extra linens, and room cleaning. Staff are employed to help clean all common areas, but residents are continually encouraged to maintain their own room in a clean and tidy manner. These extra services will incur additional charges.

  • We offer assistance with medications onsite for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Any assistance outside of these hours may incur additional charges. We use a blister pack system and store medications in a secure area in a locked trolley. Assistance with medication is given as per the doctor’s instructions. Records of medication taken are kept on a signing sheet.

  • Staff may offer assistance to residents dealing with Centrelink, The Public Trustee of QLD, the Public Guardian, or Medicare, as well as making medical appointments, arranging transport and ambulance services, etc. These services may incur additional fees.

  • We are an NDIS-approved support provider. Please contact us for more information or to find out how we can help you access the NDIS.
